I've lived in Sunset Hills for three years and couldn't be happier. The HOA board is transparent about all decisions, sends monthly newsletters, and responds to concerns within 24 hours. The community amenities are well-maintained and the landscaping is beautiful year-round. Monthly fees are reasonable considering what we get.
Overall a great community to live in. The HOA does a good job maintaining common areas and the pool is always clean. My only complaint is that some architectural approval requests take longer than the stated 30 days. Communication has improved significantly over the past year with the new management company.
Pool heater needs replacement
The pool heater has been malfunctioning for the past month, making early morning swims uncomfortable.
