The community itself is beautiful and maintenance is decent, but the HOA board is nearly impossible to reach. I've sent three emails over two months about a drainage issue and haven't received a single response. Board meetings are scheduled with minimal notice and often rescheduled last minute. Very frustrating experience trying to get simple questions answered.

Mixed feelings about this HOA. The lake and trails are wonderful, and they do keep up with landscaping. However, communication has been a real issue since the management change last year. It takes weeks to get responses, and sometimes you don't get one at all. The financial reports are posted quarterly which is good, but I wish they were more proactive about addressing resident concerns.
