This is how an HOA should be run! The board is incredibly responsive - I usually get replies within hours. They hold quarterly town halls where residents can voice concerns, and they actually listen and take action. Financial reports are detailed and easy to understand. The grounds are immaculate, and they've even come in under budget the past two years while improving amenities. Highly recommend this community.
After living in two other HOA communities, Palm Grove Gardens is a breath of fresh air. The board members are professional, courteous, and genuinely care about residents. They send weekly email updates, maintain a great community app, and are very transparent about finances. The tropical landscaping is stunning and always well-maintained. Worth every penny of the HOA fees.
